Booking Terms & Conditions
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- All bookings and payments are non-refundable.
- Customers must send clear reference photos after booking confirmation.
- 3D modelling and printing require preparation time. Please book at least 3 days in advance.
- 5cm size is more suitable for pet designs or simpler characters with fewer details.
- Minor design simplifications may be required to ensure the model is suitable for 3D printing.
- Workshop includes DIY painting session for the printed white model.
- Additional charges may apply for larger sizes or extra customisation requests.
- Handmade and 3D printed models may contain slight imperfections as part of the production process.
